Our new un-resonated X-Pipe creates a very aggressive and sharp V8 tone while still preventing any additional drone for a complete and dramatic sound difference.
Our x-pipe was designed with the intention of letting the S63 engine breath more efficiently. BMW's factory x-pipe design is very restrictive and not designed for optimal airflow. Our x-pipe design allows the exhaust to have a genuine flow crossing as well as coming with extension pipes allowing you to remove your resonators, creating a very raw and sharp exhaust note.
Installation requires cutting the stock exhaust system and welding the section to replace the factory exhaust crossing. The additional tubes that are included are of sufficient length to connect the system if the resonators are cut out, providing an easy and convenient resonator delete. Welding is required.
